Research peptide vial

Core analysis

$149 per sample

One primary COA is included with core analysis.

  • LC/MSD evidence supporting identity assessment
  • HPLC-DAD chromatographic purity analysis
  • Estimated peptide content based on a calibrated reference standard
  • Online verification for reports authorized for public release
  • Direct access to discuss what the data supports

What the report does not establish

Identity, chromatographic purity, and peptide-content testing do not establish:

  • Sterility or endotoxin level
  • Biological activity or clinical effect
  • Safety or suitability for human use
  • Complete sequence confirmation unless stated
  • Custody of a vial after it leaves the submitter
Results apply only to the submitted portion of the sample and the methods stated in the issued report.

Optional services

Pharmacy-compounded formulations

We consider peptide formulations from local and other compounding pharmacies, including preparations with added amino acids, vitamins, preservatives, or other excipients. Contact us before shipping so we can confirm the testing scope for your exact formulation.

Examples of formulations we can review

  • Tirzepatide with glycine
  • Tirzepatide with vitamin B12
  • Tirzepatide with glycine and vitamin B12
  • Semaglutide with vitamin B12 or other disclosed additives
  • Other peptide formulations with a disclosed ingredient list

Tell us what is in the vial.

Include a photo of the pharmacy label, the complete ingredient list, the stated concentration of each ingredient, the vial volume, and the lot or prescription reference. For vitamin B12, include the specific form listed on the label, such as cyanocobalamin or methylcobalamin.

Testing is agreed for the requested peptide or protein. Added glycine, B12, preservatives, and other ingredients are not automatically identified or quantified; each additional measurement requires an appropriate qualified method. Formulation ingredients can affect sample preparation and interpretation.

Blend names can represent different ingredients, peptide forms, or ratios. Include the complete composition with your submission.  Compound-specific content is reported only where a quantitative assay has been qualified.

Private by design

COAs are emailed as attachments and remain private by default. You may authorize public release under a name or alias, with the option to keep failed and inconclusive reports private. ZAVCO does not sell customer information.

Testing scope

Peptide and protein samples by prior arrangement. Our scope includes research peptide vials, HGH (somatropin), and pharmacy-compounded peptide formulations accepted after review of their ingredients and sample requirements.

We do not accept oils, oral products, hCG, testosterone or other anabolic steroids, cannabis or THC products, or any other controlled substance. Ask before shipping if you are unsure whether a sample fits the testing scope.
